Microsoft Zune-Sued for Patent Infringement
Dr. Edward Yavitz, has claimed that Zune has infringed upon two of its patent technologies for which he had been granted patents in 2002. The technology is related to an update in the Zune firmware, which lets users tag songs through the FM application and download it through a Wi-Fi connection.
