    iYogi complaints related to registration issues

    Why does it always happen with me that when I try to register myself for free tech support on techgenie, my registration fails? On the other hand my friends have been successful in registering themselves.

    I have been having problems with the registration. The trouble is, when I try to register myself for free tech support, I get a reply saying that my registration has failed. I don’t know why I have been getting this problem. Both my credit cards are in perfect working order and the process should have been a breeze. All my friends have succeeded in getting themselves registered and I seem to be the only one left!

    I used the iYogi Complaint Form to let the firm know I was unhappy with the services I had received. There was some problem with the payment; I had opted for a one-year subscription but my card had been mistakenly billed for two years.

    iYogi Complaints: Overpriced Subscription

    There is no second thoughts on how well iYogi functions. But when it comes to the payment part, it’s a little bit unsatisfactory. The general one year subscription is offered in $169/-. I find it high priced for their simple services. If its price is lowered down by some %, I am sure it will fetch more customers for itself.

    iYogi Complaints: No response of my complaint
    There has been a lot of problem in carrying out the registration part of iYogi. But my main complaint is that there has been no response from iYogi’s side, despite of issuing a complaint on iYogi Complaint Form so many times. iYogi is known for its activeness and consumer satisfaction. Why such kind of exception in my case 

    iYogi Complaints Form has been the best platform to reach out the iYogi guys directly and educate them
    about its various cons. I am sure that iYogi will surely use the mentioned complaints on its iYogi
    Complaints Form appropriately for the purpose of betterment in their field. I don’t know why I am not
    able to register myself on techgenie. I have wanted to register myself on it from past 2 days, but I am

    At the onset, I would surely like to mention that iYogi Complaints form has been an excellent interface
    for the iYogi customers to get in direct touch with you. Now coming to the point, I am facing an issue
    with the registration on techgenie from past so many days. I have no idea why am I facing this issue
    repeatedly. Earlier, I have tried it earlier on Chrome and now on Firefox. Is it a problem with my server?
    What else shall I try to do, so that I can register myself on the techgenie easily? Kindly guide me with

    Getting quality tech support is not easy, especially if you are not keen on spending big bucks. But luckily sometimes good things do happen, and my wishes were answered in the form of iyogi. A well-grounded and highly proficient team of professionals, I have a lot to thank them for playing an important role in the growth of my firm. When I started off, there were quite a few challenges that I faced like ensuring remote tech support at an affordable price. And I was also anxious about service providers who kind of leave you stranded when the time actually comes. So, when I approached iyogi, it was kind of a bet that I took. But wow, how well has it paid off! In the last one year, my run-ins with computer issues have been on the lower side and I am spending much lesser. Need I tell you, I am pretty excited about the iyogi complaints form and want to see how it pans out.

    I didn’t have to wait for long to get an opportunity to use the iyogi complaints form, but when I did use it, it got things rolling real quickly. I hadn’t expected it. Being a customer I like their services, but there are times when I can be very demanding and get pissed of even more quickly. That day the technician was working on a booting issue on my system, but somehow things were not getting done on time. Do I have to tell, I ended up posting a complaint on the complaints form. The next thing that I know is that I got a call from a senior customer service member apologizing for any trouble that they may have caused me and promised me to do everything they can to help me. I was almost blown away at their promptness and customer service values. This guy even then did a free PC scan for my computer, which was not a part of my annual plan. I can only profusely than iyogi!

    I am wondering whether I can cancel my subscription using the iyogi complaints form. That would be interesting. The concept is a novel one and one can only hope that iyogi has its heart in the right place when it says that the complaints form is meant to improve service quality. The form, as someone before me has rightly pointed out, should also allow direct customer-company interactions, necessary for any good services to get mass expectance and sustain itself. Hopefully, iyogi will stand up to the challenges.

    This is a cool addition to the repertoire of services iyogi has to offer. I like it that customers are already beginning to use it to make their point and settle any grudges that they have against iyogi. Not that it is a bad move by iyogi; in fact it cannot be further from the truth. The iyogi complaint form should ultimately benefit both the company and its customers.

    Thank god there is something to listen to PC owners’ sob stories. No jokes apart, no matter how tech savvy we PC owners could be, we are hassled by complex computer problems and then get misguided by local tech experts at the cost of hefty so called ‘service charges’. If a company like iYogi would take over our computer problems from iYogi Complaint forms, we would soon be smooth sailing with our computing activities. Could you repair a faulty router?

    @Ryan, i too was facing the same problem with registration process for free tech support….howevr, when I switched over from ie to chrome, i was able to do so. i would suggest you to do the same if you too are using ie browser to register. i hope this will help you.

    No doubt that the tech support services offered by iyogi are very reliable and fast. However, sometimes the agents commit mistakes. It’s just human to do so. Though I don’t feel there should be any need for introducing such complaints form. But, on the other hand i am happy that iyogi cares about its customers and is eager to listen to its customers and improve its service in a much more customer-friendly manner. Hats off to you iyogi.

    I tried with iYogi for the first time with a 30-minute consultancy over phone and then I opted for a relatively cheaper (and safer!) single incident antivirus and security solution. After that, 10 months gone and now I am an annual subscriber of a plan that includes support for my PC, iPad and one more device. And hell ya, I am happy and brag about iYogi among my friends.

    My association with iyogi is going to complete two years next month. In the past two years or so, what i have experienced is that except a few instances of carelessness shown by its executives, if you ask me about my overall experience then i would say that it was superb. When i first heard about iyogi two years ago, i was a bit reluctant in accessing their services so i started with the single-incident tech support plan. i was so impressed by the professionalism shown by the technician who attended my call that day that within a week i decided to took the three year subscription of iyogi. Since that day, i have accessed iyogi many times to get fixed the problems faced by me while working on my laptop and desktop. I must say that i am very much satisfied by the knowledge of these guys about their field. i hope my perception would remain the same for iyogi in future also.

    Looking for a way to get my voice heard, I landed on iYogi’s complaint form. Using it, I registered my complaint. I am impressed with the speed with which iYogi answers its customers complaints. Within 2 days, I got a call from their technician who carefully monitored my computer once again and fixed the issue completely… Happy to know that someone actually cares for its customers…

    I took an annual subscription plan for my mother. But due to some reasons, I wanted to get it transferred back on my name for my computer. I wrote to the company through this complaint form. Very soon I got in touch with a technician who assisted me in getting the plan back on my name. It was really quick…

    Through this iyogi complaint form, all I would like to say is the technicians at iyogi are supremely professional and qualified. They know what they are doing. They fixed the issue in very small span. My PC was showing memory full message every now and then.

    My issue was resolved after raising my concern on iyogi complaints form. I registered a complaint regarding bad service given to me when I called to get my driver repaired. The technician updated the driver, but the issue was not fixed. he charged me for single incident plan, but I not satisfied. iYogi complaints form gave me an easier way to get my issue resolved. I have no qualms now!
