    iYogi complaints related to registration issues

    Why does it always happen with me that when I try to register myself for free tech support on techgenie, my registration fails? On the other hand my friends have been successful in registering themselves.

    I have been having problems with the registration. The trouble is, when I try to register myself for free tech support, I get a reply saying that my registration has failed. I don’t know why I have been getting this problem. Both my credit cards are in perfect working order and the process should have been a breeze. All my friends have succeeded in getting themselves registered and I seem to be the only one left!

    I used the iYogi Complaint Form to let the firm know I was unhappy with the services I had received. There was some problem with the payment; I had opted for a one-year subscription but my card had been mistakenly billed for two years.

    There is no second thoughts on how well iYogi functions. But when it comes to the payment part, it’s a little bit unsatisfactory. The general one year subscription is offered in $169/-. I find it high priced for their simple services. If its price is lowered down by some %, I am sure it will fetch more customers for itself.

    about its various cons. I am sure that iYogi will surely use the mentioned complaints on its iYogi
    Complaints Form appropriately for the purpose of betterment in their field. I don’t know why I am not
    able to register myself on techgenie. I have wanted to register myself on it from past 2 days, but I am
    unable to do the same. Kindly advice me what can be the exact reason for it and how else can I register
    myself there!

    At the onset, I would surely like to mention that iYogi Complaints form has been an excellent interface
    for the iYogi customers to get in direct touch with you. Now coming to the point, I am facing an issue
    with the registration on techgenie from past so many days. I have no idea why am I facing this issue
    repeatedly. Earlier, I have tried it earlier on Chrome and now on Firefox. Is it a problem with my server?
    What else shall I try to do, so that I can register myself on the techgenie easily? Kindly guide me with
    an appropriate solution for it.

    Getting quality tech support is not easy, especially if you are not keen on spending big bucks. But luckily sometimes good things do happen, and my wishes were answered in the form of iyogi. A well-grounded and highly proficient team of professionals, I have a lot to thank them for playing an important role in the growth of my firm. When I started off, there were quite a few challenges that I faced like ensuring remote tech support at an affordable price. And I was also anxious about service providers who kind of leave you stranded when the time actually comes. So, when I approached iyogi, it was kind of a bet that I took. But wow, how well has it paid off! In the last one year, my run-ins with computer issues have been on the lower side and I am spending much lesser. Need I tell you, I am pretty excited about the iyogi complaints form and want to see how it pans out.

    I didn’t have to wait for long to get an opportunity to use the iyogi complaints form, but when I did use it, it got things rolling real quickly. I hadn’t expected it. Being a customer I like their services, but there are times when I can be very demanding and get pissed of even more quickly. That day the technician was working on a booting issue on my system, but somehow things were not getting done on time. Do I have to tell, I ended up posting a complaint on the complaints form. The next thing that I know is that I got a call from a senior customer service member apologizing for any trouble that they may have caused me and promised me to do everything they can to help me. I was almost blown away at their promptness and customer service values. This guy even then did a free PC scan for my computer, which was not a part of my annual plan. I can only profusely than iyogi!

    I am wondering whether I can cancel my subscription using the iyogi complaints form. That would be interesting. The concept is a novel one and one can only hope that iyogi has its heart in the right place when it says that the complaints form is meant to improve service quality. The form, as someone before me has rightly pointed out, should also allow direct customer-company interactions, necessary for any good services to get mass expectance and sustain itself. Hopefully, iyogi will stand up to the challenges.

    This is a cool addition to the repertoire of services iyogi has to offer. I like it that customers are already beginning to use it to make their point and settle any grudges that they have against iyogi. Not that it is a bad move by iyogi; in fact it cannot be further from the truth. The iyogi complaint form should ultimately benefit both the company and its customers.

    The key to achieving the objective of the iyogi complaint form depends on iyogi’s intent and how serious they are about resolving customer complaints. For someone who has been subscribing their services for the past few months, I have big expectations from them.

    I like iyogi services a lot and now that they have introduced the iyogi complaints form, my respect for these guys has only increased. These tech people are well behaved and know what they are doing. Initially I thought of them as a short term arrangement, but I realized pretty quickly how much they are contributing to making my life hassle free. Good karma!

The fact that they hire highly-qualified technicians who are well-trained makes them such a pleasure to work with.     Seems like iyogi is fast realizing that a company can earn its bread and butter only if it listens to the requirements and demands of its customers. The iyogi complaints form is nevertheless a value addition and will help improve the image of the company, especially if it manages to take each and every complaint to a logical and satisfactory conclusion.
