TechGenie is an ideal product to quarantine all kinds of known and unknown malicious threat from your PC. However, sometimes upon clicking Quarantine tab, your TechGenie product may crash down with AppCrash error message. To fix the problem and get the most of your TechGenie product, this is what you should do:
1. Close TechGenie.
2. Launch TechGenie using the desktop shortcut. Click on ‘Quarantine’ and ‘Check for resolution’.
3. If not resolved, Go to TechGenie install location, locate “TechGenieApp.exe”. Right click on it and run it as administrator. Now check for resolution.
