TechGenie Antispam is a complete solution to your problem as how to receive email messages sent by your trusted senders and domains while keeping the inbox safe and protected from untrusted senders. It allows you to do so by creating and managing your own list of trusted senders or domain names in the form of Safe list.
Safe list is a component available in TechGenie Total Security and Total Absolute. It contains a list of all the e-mail addresses from which you always want to receive messages, regardless of their content. Messages coming from the e-mail addresses mentioned in your Safe list are not labeled as SPAM, even if the content resembles Spam.
How to manage Safe list domain name? Here’s how you can go about:
Open Antivirus window.
Click Antispam tab on the upper toolbar.
In the List Management window, click on Manage Safe list
Select the Domain Name radio button.
Enter the domain name in the corresponding field.
@domain.com, *domain.com and domain.com – all the received e-mail messages from domain.com will reach your Inbox regardless of their content;
*domain* – all the received e-mail messages from domain (no matter the domain suffixes) will reach your Inbox regardless of their content;
*com – all the received e-mail messages having the domain suffix ‘com’ will reach your Inbox regardless of their content;
Click Add. The Domain Name will be added to domain Safe list. If you change your mind and want to delete an item from the list, click the corresponding Remove button.
Click Save to store the changes and close the window.
Similarly, you can also manage e-mail messages coming from your trusted senders. Any mail coming from an address contained in the Safe list, will automatically be delivered to your Inbox without further processing.
See, how these easy steps helped you in managing email messages coming from your trusted domains. Most important of all, do not add domains of legitimate web-based e-mail services (such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail or other) to the Spammers list. Otherwise, the e-mail messages received from any registered user of such a service will be detected as Spam. If, for example, you add yahoo.com to the Spammers list, all e-mail messages coming from yahoo.com addresses will be marked as Spam.
